Two sets of bedding clothes, towels and one housecoat. 

Laundry facilities with iron and iron board on 2nd floor. Booking of laundry time. Washing powder not included.

Public areas are cleaned Monday to Friday by staff. Tenant cleans private room. Cleaning scrub with cleaning equipment and detergent on ground floor. Handheld vacuum cleaner on each floor. 

Wireless internet with service agreement for function.

Cable TV with 43 chanells and wireless streaming in living room.

Fully equipped kitchen with common tableware 1st Floor. Each room has a cupboard for dry food storage and labeld storage in one of the common fridges and freezers.

Sewing machine and sewing accessories on 2nd floor.

Shoe care products in the entrance hall.

Each room has a mailbox with lock. Tenant can register at the address.

Tenant is bound to follow the Rules of Order to maintain order and good hygiene in the house.
